My Snack of the Summer🍴

This is what I love to eat almost once a day all summer! It's cubed baked,but then chilled, sweet squash with juicy heirloom tomatoes and super finely chopped baby greens straight from Costcos (😁) garden. Add a packet of these amazing nothing-noodles for closer to a meal....and that's it , except for the special sauce, of course....

I whip up a little chick pea miso (it has no soy in it at all) with apple cider vinegar and a shake of raw hulled hemp seeds. No oils needed , no salt or sugar added for that matter👍The colors of yummy tummy!
